Harley Davidson has introduced 12 bikes in India with distinctive features and style. Among them, Harley Davidson Dyna is the most stylish and comfortable motorcycle. In India the bike model is launched in two variants. The first one is Harley Davidson Dyna FXDB Street Bob and the second one is Harley Davidson FXDC Super Glide.
The Harley Davidson Dyna has got the same traditional looks as it was in World War II, however, with latest technology. At the World War II time, the Harley Davidson Dyna was having military items like radios, ammunition boxes and rifle mounts. But general people started removing the items and it forced the company to change the features of the bike. As a result a lot of weight was reduced. In the year 2006, the company launched all new Harley Davidson Dyna Street Bob.
Both the machines are being equipped with air cooled, twin cam 96 powertrain that generates a top power of J1349 and develops a peak torque of 124.73 Nm at 3,000 rpm. The torque figures are awesome on low rpm. The bike is having 6 speed manual gearbox. The fuel injection system of the Harley Davidson Dyna is Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection.
Harley Davidson Dyna FXDB Street Bob has chopped rear fender that looks stylish and amazing. The bike has mini Ape-Hanger handlebars that gives hands-up riding position. The handlebars are in steel. This Harley Davidson Dyna variant has medallion type fuel tank, for 2010 models, new Michein Scorcher tyres, classic boober solo seat and rear shocks. This bike comes in four hues- vivid black, black denim, black ice denim and red hot sunglo. Wheels are in black laced stainless-steel. The higher end variant of Harley Davidson Dyna, Harley Davidson FXDC Super Glide, has custom tank with company name graphic. The handlebars of this Harley Davidson Dyna has different style and design altogether. It is mini pull-back handlebars that provides laid back ride position. Whereas the seat of the bike is Classic one-piece, two-up seat. The rear suspension is low for better results.

Harley Davidson FXDB Street Bob The base model of Harley Davidson Dyna has got air cooled, twin cam 96 engine with a displacement of 1584cc. Harley Davidson FXDC Super Glide The top-end Dyna variant has been loaded wit the same powertrain as the base variant. It is available in vivid black, scarlet red, black ice pearl, two-tone flame blue pearl/brilliant silver pearl, two-tone merlot sunglo/cherry red sunglo and two-tone white ice pearl/black ice pearl. The both wheels are in chrome laced steel and optional chrome profile laced aluminium. The overall dimensions are a little different in both variants.
