Dual price in India come out
LG has quietly rolled out the Optimus L3 II Dual (E435) and Optimus L7 II Dual (P715) on its official website, along with the price tags. For those who’re confused by the images we’ve posted below, the builds of these handsets which can handle two SIM cards, is different from those of the original versions which could only take one.
For those who are considering the less expensive of the two, the E435, the 102.9mm x 61.3mm x 11.9mm phone runs on Android Jelly Bean and gets its kick out of a 1GHz processor. It is helped along by 512MB of RAM and there’s an integrated 1540mAh Li-ion battery which offers the juice for up to 7 hours or talk time or 460 hours of standby time. Out of the 4GB onboard memory, 1.75GB is available to users. This means those with added hoarding needs can look to the microSD card slot for 32GB of extra space.
The front panel of the handset is decorated by a 3.2-inch True IPS touchscreen of a rather low 240 x 320p resolution as well as four capacitive buttons. Lastly, the 3MP fixed focus camera on the rear end should fulfill users’ basic photography cravings. Moving on to the higher end P715, the smartphone would be slightly difficult to distinguish from its sibling if it wasn’t for the larger dimensions of 122.2mm x 66.6mm x 9.7mm.
The device works on Jelly Bean 4.1 and like all similar offerings by the company, sports the home-brewed UI. It is fueled by a dual core chip which runs at 1GHz, and 768MB of RAM. Stretched across its face is a 800 x 480p, 4.3-inch True IPS touch display and there’s a VGA lens crowning the bezel. But this is not the only camera users get; an 8MP one is perched on the back panel. Finally, the 4GB of internal memory can be supplemented by a microSD card of 32GB.
At present, only Flipkart appears all geared up to stock the LG Optimus L7 II Dual and Optimus L3 II Dual. The tags on the manufacturer’s website stand at Rs. 18,650 and Rs. 8,800, respectively. But the online retailer indicates that buyers can get them for Rs. 14,990 and Rs. 7,899, whenever they’re made available.
